Accessibility Statement
Built to be usable by everyone
Effective August 23, 2026
Our commitment
LogicLinks LLC is committed to making our marketing website and mortgage-operations platform (the "Service") accessible to the widest possible audience, including people with disabilities. We believe every loan officer, partner, and borrower who interacts with our product should be able to do so with dignity and independence.
Standard we work toward
We target conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines cover four broad principles: content should be perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust.
What we are doing
- Designing with sufficient color contrast between text and background in both light and dark modes.
- Building interactive elements (buttons, links, form inputs, dialogs, and menus) so they can be operated with a keyboard and announced correctly by screen readers.
- Providing text alternatives for informative images and icons.
- Respecting user preferences such as reduced motion, zoomed text, and high-contrast system settings.
- Testing new features against automated accessibility tooling and manual keyboard / screen-reader review before release.
Known limitations
Some areas of the Service and marketing site do not yet fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA. We are working to address them:
- Certain third-party embedded content (for example, wholesale-lender portals, embedded videos, or content from connected Google or Microsoft accounts) may not meet the same accessibility standards as our own interface.
- Some legacy screens are still being refactored against the current accessibility checklist. If you encounter a barrier, please tell us so we can prioritize the fix.
Assistive technology
The Service is designed to work with recent versions of common browsers (Chrome, Edge, Safari, and Firefox) and with major assistive technologies including VoiceOver (macOS, iOS), NVDA and JAWS (Windows), and TalkBack (Android). We recommend keeping your browser and assistive technology up to date for the best experience.
Feedback and accommodation requests
If you encounter an accessibility barrier on our website or in the Service, or if you need information or an alternative format to access any part of what we offer, contact us and we will work with you on a reasonable accommodation.
