Frequently Asked Questions

The common questions

Short answers to what LOs ask most often before signing up.

Getting started

Do I need a credit card to start the free trial?

No. Just your email. You get 30 days of full access on the plan you pick, and we ask for payment only when the trial ends.

What happens when the 30-day trial ends?

We stop charging you? Only if you never add a card. Nothing bills automatically. When the trial ends and no card is on file, your workspace pauses (you keep your data, but you can’t use paid features until you add a card).

What payment methods do you accept?

Credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Link (Stripe’s one-click), and bank transfer (ACH). Bank transfer saves you a couple percent on our end, but there’s no surcharge either way.

Plans and pricing

How much does LogicLinks cost?

$150 per LO per month. One plan called Pro. Everything is included: CRM, unified inbox, booking funnel, campaigns, workflow rules, branding, the full loan file (URLA + assets + liabilities + dates + docs), pre-approval letters with agency guideline checks, the income analyzer, Loan Presenter, the client + partner portal, drip campaigns and refi alerts, MISMO import/export, unlimited e-signatures, and the AI suite (loan file analysis, guideline chat, email assistant, document extraction).

Do you offer annual pricing or a discount for prepaying?

Not yet. Monthly only. If you want annual, tell us and we’ll add it.

Can I add or remove users mid-month?

Each LO seat is priced separately at $150/mo. Adding or removing a seat prorates through Stripe automatically.

Cancellation

How do I cancel?

From your account settings, go to Subscription plan and click Manage billing. You’ll land in Stripe’s Customer Portal where you can cancel with one click.

What happens after I cancel?

You keep full access to LogicLinks through the end of the billing period you already paid for. No charges after that. If you sign back in later, your data will still be there for a reasonable period before permanent deletion.

Do I get a refund if I cancel mid-month?

No. Cancellation stops the next charge but does not refund the current period, so we recommend canceling close to your renewal date if you want to maximize the time you already paid for.

Payment issues

What happens if my card gets declined?

Stripe automatically retries the charge a few times over about three weeks. Each failure marks your account “past due” and we send you a notification. As long as your account is past due, you can still sign in to the billing page to update your card, but the rest of the app is locked.

What happens if my bank payment (ACH) bounces?

Same lockout as a card decline, plus a $15 returned payment fee added to your next invoice to cover our processor and administrative costs. That’s in addition to any fees your bank charges you. You can update your bank info or switch to a card any time from the billing page.

How long do I have to fix a failed payment?

About three weeks. If Stripe’s automatic retries all fail, the subscription is canceled and the workspace is fully locked. Your data is preserved during that window and for a reasonable period after — just sign in and update your billing to reactivate.

Data and security

Where is my data stored?

AWS US East (Virginia). Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (AWS-managed keys). Certain sensitive columns (borrower SSN, DOB) are encrypted at the application layer on top of that.

Have you been audited?

Yes. LogicLinks was audited by TAC Security under the ESOF framework. The badge on our sign-in and homepage links to the report.

Where can I read your Privacy and Terms?

Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. Section 7 of the Terms covers everything about billing and cancellation in more detail.
